First post!!

Hello everyone! Thanks for visiting my blog! I hope you enjoy following along on my photography journey!  I live in the town of Dickson in Middle Tennessee with my husband, Nick, and his two dogs, June and Sadie, and cat, Johnny Cash (named because he's the cat in black. 😁)

I enjoy spending time with my large family (I have 7 younger siblings, 2 nieces, 4 nephews, and a little niece on the way), and my favorite thing to do is take helicopter lessons! I have always enjoyed taking pictures since I was young, and I can remember being SO excited to discover digital cameras!  It was amazing to see a picture as soon as it was taken, instead of waiting a week or more to send off film to be developed!

Over two years ago, I married my husband, Nick.  It was the best day of my life, and I am so thankful for his support and encouragement!  He enjoys coming along as my assistant for photo shoots, and I definitely appreciate his help and eye for detail!
